1. Acceptance of Terms

6.3 Game Malfunctions

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your buybet account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. buybet reserves the right to retain a portion of funds if investigation into potential Terms violations is ongoing.

buybet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, provide false information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all bonuses and pending bets will be voided. buybet may retain funds if violations caused financial harm to the Platform or other players.
